Our Karoo lamb is registered and monitored by SAMIC as 'Great Karoo Natural Lamb'. We are also the ONLY Karoo lamb producer in South Africa to be CERTIFIED ORGANIC by ECOCERT, in accordance with EOS (Ecocert Organic Standard - European Standards).
What does FREE RANGE, ORGANIC Karoo Lamb mean?
We care about the quality of meat we provide to our families and so do our clients. Our Karoo lamb is FREE RANGE, which means that they roam the farm freely and only feed on the natural Karoo veld without the use of any feedlots.
Our quality certifications are strictly audited and monitored - including our lambs and veld - to ensure our clients that our organic Karoo lamb is free of any hormones or routine antibiotics and medicines. Free range, organic Karoo lamb at its best - the way it should be.
