GREAT KAROO NATURAL LAMB
Crumbed Rump Lamb Chops
Delicious crumbed chops perfect for an easy and quick weekday supper. Serve with a fresh salad, chips or roasted vegetables.
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Rump lambs chops
- 125 ml breadcrumbs (sealed Bokomo breadcrumbs)
- Juice of half a lemon
- 30 ml grapeseed oil
- Ground salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Rub oil on both sides of chops.
2) Place in and ovenproof glass bowl.
3) Season salt, peppers, lemon juice and crumbs on both sides of the chops.
4) Bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
5) Turn the meat after a half an hour to ensure that it is baked golden brown on both sides.
